Alongside painting Gretchen Albrecht has an on-going involvement with graphic media, such as lithography, etching, digital print-making and most recently a series of serigraphs.

Since the early 1980s, she has collaborated with a number of print workshops both in New Zealand and internationally, including the Beehive Press in Adelaide, the Exeter Press in New York, Limeworks and PaperGraphica studios in Christchurch, and produced a series of etchings with Bartolomeu dos Santos in Tavira, Portugal. Since 2008 Albrecht has produced seven Fine Art digital prints with Kevin Church of Opticmix.
In 2012 she worked with Don Tee of Artrite to produce a series of seven serigraphs, and editioned a lithograph with John Pusateri of Auckland Print Studio.
